Comprehending California Easement Rules

One day, you may be merrily enjoying the use of your home or business property, and the next you discover that government bureaus are seeking to obtain it for their own functions. Are they lawfully permitted to do this? And, if so, do you have any right or any say in the issue?

The accurate answer to both of these concerns is yes. Through the procedure of easement in California, a public organization (and in some instances, a private agency) is permitted to purchase private property for public use. Nonetheless, this procedure does give certain rights to the holder of the property—rights of which you must be conscious, if your property or business is the object of an eminent domain disagreement.
